“The technicians from Gorjanc arrived as scheduled and right on time. They were very respectful of my property—wearing shoe covers and laying down runners to protect the carpet. Both Dustin and Joseph worked diligently throughout the day, not even taking time off for lunch. At times, one stayed inside, and the other worked outside, but they communicated well with each other. Later in the day they were joined by Jordan. It was a huge job, and they spent almost 10 hours here, but we’re determined to have everything completed that day. They were always pleasant, courteous, and respectful. I’m not even sure how they so quickly disposed of the old furnace and air conditioner, but it was done smoothly with no mess left behind. When the installation was completed, they showed me everything they had done and answered all of my questions without rushing. At the end of the tuneup appointment, Jeff provided several estimates for different replacement models. “My system continually was having backup issues. With a spider web’s of piping consisting of mine and my neighbors systems tied together and old abandoned systems, Mack was able to find the exact pipes that were mine, assisted with technology that only the pros have. Following diagnosing the issue, they came up with a great plan of tying into my old cast iron piping system and replacing bad pipe with new PVC and giving me two new clean outs to make snaking any potential issues in the future much easier. (Previously I had to snake through many 90 degree bends from inside the house to get to the problematic area due to bad plumbing design). They executed their plan for me at a good price without having to dig up my entire line. They also got it done quickly for me since the system was unable to be used. I was very thankful to get it done and have a problematic sewage draining system behind me. I’m writing this a little over 2 months past the work being done and so far I have had 0 issues. Thank you, Mack for good work and good pricing. They even take care of active duty military and gave me a military discount.“
