I've been a happy customer of V&EH for years. Recently, I had a routine tuneup of my furnace, which was handled very well by technician Jeff P. He mentioned that my water heater was a fairly old model, and I asked him some questions about lifespan and potential issues that could arise. Turns out my water heater was well over 20 years old, and was very likely nearing the end of its life. At the end of the tuneup appointment, Jeff provided several estimates for different replacement models. Bill, Matt, Graham, and Tim did a great job on my boiler replacement. They were really efficient with minimal disruption to the house and left the basement cleaner than it was when they got there.

Bill, Matt, and Tim were excellent during our boiler replacement. Extremely punctual, very kind, and very thorough. They made sure everything was done well and cleanly, and that I completely understood our system before they left. Cannot recommend this company or group enough.
