Melvin arrived right on time, and that really mattered to me because it showed respect for my schedule. He explained my plumbing repair options clearly and replaced both old spigots with new copper ones that looked great and worked perfectly. He also changed the toilet flapper in my half bath, which fixed another small issue at the same visit. The work was done quickly, everything was kept neat, and he cleaned up the areas before leaving. The price was very fair for the quality of the service. I also appreciated how careful and respectful he was with my home and yard while doing the work. “Excellent service, prompt, courteous and professional. Our AC condenser was not running, I performed a few cursory checks to rule out the obvious before calling for service. Kyle the technician performed his checks. I mentioned I checked for chewed wires; apparently not well enough. Kyle found one of the wires to the fan had been chewed. Needless to say we had a good laugh. The unit is now ready for the next heat wave. Thank you!“
