Brian from Edward & Sons Plumbing recommended switching to a tankless water heater, which is supposed to last much longer than the regular kind. This upgrade also fixed two problems we were having: not having enough hot water and waiting too long for it to reach different parts of the house. After they installed the new tankless system with a circulation line, both issues were completely fixed right away. One other recent experience——our power went out for several hours. When it returned, our thermostat needed resetting. Being 79 and “hopelessly unmechanical”, I called the office to have someone “talk me through” resetting it. Kenny did one better—-he dropped what he was doing , and 20 minutes later, he appeared in person to show me how to reset the thermostat for the next time we lose power. He absolutely refused to send me a bill for his time and effort——-what other service company does that?——none that I have ever experienced.

My point: when you have an issue, Smylie One comes out immediately and repairs the problem——even for first time callers!

“I called the plumbing solution because I read a review of another customer getting recommended to call a county service number. I thought that was interesting so I wanted to see what they would say to my issue. After briefly describing my issue to Dawn, she recommended I call the same number and have them look at my sewer line. I did as she suggested, they came out same day to fix the issue. The line was snaked and jetted and my service was returning to normal. I can't comment on the plumbing solution's services but I can say it is respectable to see a company turn away profit when there is a free solution for customers.“
