The team at USA Waterproofing from the very beginning was prompt, professional, and courteous. They didn’t push unneeded repairs, and really worked to ensure my basement was in good hands. The crew that came to do the waterproofing completed somewhat extensive project quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend their services to anyone needing work done!
This morning the USA Waterproofing team arrived on time as scheduled. The crew leader, Jessie, was pleasant, respectful and listened well to my upfront concerns and instructions. The perimeter drainage professionally installed by his 4-5 man crew and to expectation. Before leaving they cleaned the work site, both inside the house and out by washing and wiping away dirt and debris. The aesthetic look of the task they performed was excellent. Really glad I chose USA Waterproofing to waterproof my basement! Ken
