John was wonderful. The service was timely and he explained everything that needed to be replaced or repaired. He was kind and cleaned up when he was finished. I recommend their service to anyone who had plumbing needs.

I went on line to Free Flow Plumbing. My washer decided to pour all it's contents unto my floor. I knew that they were closed because they are closed on Sunday. I decided to fill out a request for service, so that they would see it the request in the morning. To my surprise I was contacted Sunday night by John, the owner.John wanted to make sure that I didn’t need help that night. I told him it was under control and the next day would be fine.We set the appointment for Monday morning.Nick showed up on time, listened to all that was going on and then assessed the problem. Could not be more satisfied with my service from Nick and Brian. The issue was "low water pressure" in a guest bathroom and a finished basement with questionable (at best) access to valves. Nick was patient and thorough going through every step of what could be causing the issue. He and Brian were able to determine that there was a partially closed valve that was covered up by drywall in the finished basement. They were professional, extremely thorough and did not quit until they were able to determine the issue. Very happy, highly recommend!
