“I've dealt with a lot of contractors over the years but can't say enough good things about my experience with Service First HVAC. Greg is extremely knowledgeable, prompt, and friendly. After having 2 other companies out to repair my AC, Greg was the only tech who was able to properly diagnose the problem. The first company (Atlas Butler) told me that my compressor was bad (it wasn't). The second company (RightWay Heating and Cooling) sent a tech out but he couldn't tell what was wrong with the system. Finally I called Service First and they sent Greg out. Within 15 minutes Greg found a leak in my coil so he replaced it. Problem solved. Anytime I need my furnace or AC fixed in the future I know who I'm gonna call.<br><br>Thanks Greg!”

“Our daughter has a condo locally and has a service contract with Kessler. In the midst of the cold winter, her heater blower motor failed. The service tech was at her place within 4 hrs. It was a Sunday! Great service. However, he made a slight error that caused an increase in electrical consumption. When we called them about it they were on-site within 4 hrs. They quickly fixed the problem (at no charge) - even giving her a credit on her account for the increased electricity consumption. Everyone makes mistakes - but Kessler owned up to it and fixed it quickly. You cannot ask for more.”

“Almost all of my home's major systems are original, so they are/were around 23 years old. I was told by another HVAC company that my furnace had cracks in the housing of the furnace. I got pricing from 3 different HVAC companies; Keystone offered me the best price AND even replaced my original hot water tank for a great price. On top of this, they let me put it on my credit card without an added charge. The technicians were all very nice and didn't leave behind a mess in my home. They've come out recently to check to make sure that the AC unit is working as it should be because it couldn't be checked in the cold temps of January. My only criticisms are that they were a bit late on the day of the install due to delays obtaining the unit at the warehouse. And the office help is hard to get a hold of. All in all, though i am very happy with my experience with Keystone.”
