“During this summer heat, we were having issues with our A/C. We wanted a second opinion as the company we’ve been using seemed just slightly off. I called Canal Winchester Heating & Cooling at 7pm and they were able to send a tech out for a second opinion the next morning. Unfortunately, the company was able to fix it so we canceled our second opinion. “I've dealt with a lot of contractors over the years but can't say enough good things about my experience with Service First HVAC. Greg is extremely knowledgeable, prompt, and friendly. After having 2 other companies out to repair my AC, Greg was the only tech who was able to properly diagnose the problem. The first company (Atlas Butler) told me that my compressor was bad (it wasn't). The second company (RightWay Heating and Cooling) sent a tech out but he couldn't tell what was wrong with the system. Finally I called Service First and they sent Greg out. Within 15 minutes Greg found a leak in my coil so he replaced it. Problem solved. Anytime I need my furnace or AC fixed in the future I know who I'm gonna call.
