The temp got up to 86 degrees when we were used to 72 degrees.<br><br>TechnoAir was able to send out a technician same day within an hour of my initial call. My tech was Matt and was fantastic! He was helpful and friendly and I showed all the areas I need to.<br><br>Matt luckily had an opening because he finished his previous appointment early.<br><br>Matt was wonderful and luckily my unit did not have to be replaced. He was super knowledgeable and was super kind to my 9 year old daughter who hung around when we discussed the issues.<br><br>He diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes and he had the new compressor I needed for my unit in his truck.<br><br>I hung out with him while he was working and he really made a great impression on me and my daughter.<br><br>Within 10 minutes I could already feel the cold air difference.
