Quality air saved me thousands of dollars!!! I’ve have had the same problem with my furnace for a few years(high temp limit switch being activated). Atlas Butler wanted me to replace my furnace or replace my heat exchanger. Both are thousands of dollars. Kaleb from quality air only had to adjust a few settings to get my furnace working better then it has in years. I’ve had Atlas Butler’s subscription service for a few years. With multiple service calls and annual tune ups, Atlas Butler could not fix the underlying issue. Kaleb from Quality air had a hunch over the phone that my Gas pressure was too high. It was. We had quality air come out to fix our furnace through our warranty company. I was worried that they would just pick the cheapest company. Matt was our technician and he was great! He listened to what I had to say, didn’t even need to look at the furnace to know the problem. He quickly fixed it while my 9year old looked on and explained things to him. He then talked me through how to use our whole house humidifier which we never used in the 10 years we owned the house! Will use them again in the future (hopefully I don’t need to!)
