“I wanted to take a moment to share my sincere gratitude for Joey and Nick who came out to my home to look at a problem with my Heat pump. I had been told by another well-known company that I was going to need to "spend thousands of dollars trying to fix the current one or just have them put in a whole new system". I was not satisfied with that answer and asked Muetzel to come look at the issue and they quickly went through several logical steps to identify the issue. The unit had been overcharged by the first company that came out to look at it and wasn't working properly. The first company had also suggested a new thermostat that they installed but did not have wired correctly for my unit to work. Long story short, Joey and Nick took the time to figure out EXACTLY what was wrong, communicated every step of the way and took care of the issue within 2 hours of coming to my home. They were very courteous, kind and took the time to explain everything they were doing. WOW...what a refreshing experience to share because positive customer service seems to be a rare thing these days. “I have come into contact with at least 11 people from Patriot. To a PERSON, every single contact I’ve had was cordial, professional, and they know their stuff. On my new home I’m building, they came out to physically look at the layout, and made cost effective recommendations for my heating and cooling needs. Now I can’t promise this, but when I gave them the OK for the installation, they had 4 people there the next DAY, starting the install. They also worked with me while I was waiting for gas and electricity to be run to the house, and then came by promptly to get the heat working.It has been a pleasure working with them, and I can heartily recommend them for heating and cooling needs.“

“These guys are lifesavers! Had a unit go out at my business and my usual HVAC company, who I have a service agreement with, came out to inspect and quoted me 3x what these guys quoted. They also said that it wouldn't solve the problem and I would need to replace the entire unit. These guys came out and within a couple of hours, assessed the situation and got me up and running for 1/3 the cost. They also gave me information on my system and told me they didn't envision a full replacement needed any time soon. Think I may be switching providers!“
