They've been out to my house a couple times and done a good job at a good price. But today my furnace was stopping and restarting. I called and Kevin immediately asked if I had changed the filter recently. I answered no so he told me to do that first and this should fix it----it did! 2 things1) Might sound like an easy common knowledge fix. Yet when I googled it I didn't see change filter as a solution. I saw a bunch of other things it could be.2) They made zero money off of this. They didn't try and say well we better come out and see. Kevin just left my house my AC was not working my house was extremely hot he was at my house in about four hours up and running within about 45 minutes Made several calls to different companies he was the cheapest I could find even though I could not tell he had a ton of knowledge extremely easy to talk to and gave me tips to troubleshoot in case Something else went wrong I would not have to pay to have him come out you said we don’t get that from a lot of companies because they always want you to call them and get more money that is not the case with Kevin and this company I would recommend them to family and friends

I called Kevin at George Wolf Heating and Cooling last week. I was having problems with my water heater. He said he would look at it but didn't usually repair them. He came that day and cleaned the air filter at the bottom of the water heater. He explained to me that the dust had triggered the automatic shut off. I paid the $70. service fee and was very happy. He is an honest business man. He is reliable and I trust him completely. In the past he has fixed my furnace and showed me what to do when my igniter acts up. He even left me some steel wool to use. He charged me $269.00 to fix my furnace when Atlas Butler wanted to charge me $800.00 He is a gem
