“They've been out to my house a couple times and done a good job at a good price. But today my furnace was stopping and restarting. I called and Kevin immediately asked if I had changed the filter recently. I answered no so he told me to do that first and this should fix it----it did! 2 things1) Might sound like an easy common knowledge fix. Yet when I googled it I didn't see change filter as a solution. I saw a bunch of other things it could be.2) They made zero money off of this. They didn't try and say well we better come out and see. He just told me exactly what to do. When companies do this kind of thing I'll gladly pay next time. “I had a repairman from Capital City Mechanical come out today to look at my furnace which was making a lot of noise. It needed a new part that helps eliminate the carbon monoxide. He did explain that the furnace would shut off if the part stopped working all together, but I decided that it should be replaced especially in this freezing weather. He got the parts within the hour and had it replaced quickly. He was pleasant and very professional.“

“I wanted to take a moment to share my sincere gratitude for Joey and Nick who came out to my home to look at a problem with my Heat pump. I had been told by another well-known company that I was going to need to "spend thousands of dollars trying to fix the current one or just have them put in a whole new system". I was not satisfied with that answer and asked Muetzel to come look at the issue and they quickly went through several logical steps to identify the issue. The unit had been overcharged by the first company that came out to look at it and wasn't working properly. The first company had also suggested a new thermostat that they installed but did not have wired correctly for my unit to work. Long story short, Joey and Nick took the time to figure out EXACTLY what was wrong, communicated every step of the way and took care of the issue within 2 hours of coming to my home. They were very courteous, kind and took the time to explain everything they were doing. WOW...what a refreshing experience to share because positive customer service seems to be a rare thing these days. Please do yourself the favor of trusting Muetzel with all your needs and feel confident they will take care of everything you need! “This review is for Air Quality Solutions, Columbus, Ohio. Our furnace recently went out on a very cold night. My hubby has been recuperating for a few months after being seriously ill. I was worried about trying to keep him warm. My previous furnace company could not make an emergency call. A very good friend recommended AQS & Nick, a technician, came out the same day! Unfortunately, at the time he could not diagnose the problem. He said something triggered the safety switch, but he could not find anything wrong. It worked for five days and went out again on a Saturday night when it was extremely cold. It was a miserable night. I left a message, hoping that they checked messages. The owner Larry Titus, called me the next morning. He was going to come out in the afternoon but Nick called me who lived nearby & he came out again on Sunday afternoon. The same problem occurred so he & another technician had to bring special equipment on Monday to find out what the problem was. Unfortunately, it was a bad heat exchanger and the supplier had to get a part for them before they could repair it. They came back on Tuesday And replaced the heat exchanger, which I understand is quite a job because they had to take the furnace apart. The heat exchanger looked terrible and was very scary looking. I highly recommend Air Quality Solutions. Nick the technician was very thorough every step of the way. He and Connor make a good team. 2 extremely nice young men. I also want to thank Larry the owner of the company for expediting this repair. I will be using Air Quality Solutions for all my furnace and air-conditioning concerns in the future! Thank you gentlemen for taking care of us & making our home safe.“

“My furnace was tripping the breaker and shutting off on the coldest weekend this year. I called atlas butler and after they took a short look at my furnace they immediately tried to sell me a new furnace for 11k. Seeking a second opinion, I called Favret and they sent Charles out to take a look. He was able to diagnose the issue immediately as an issue with my breaker box and NOT the furnace. It was fixed within 5 minutes. Favret was honest, professional, and was able to fix the issue and not immediately try to extort me. Thank you Charles.“
“Metro Heating & Air Conditioning is amazing! After our furnace died right in the midst of a very cold evening, they were able to install our new furance the very next day at an EXTREMELY reasonable price. Not only were they very professional and worked around our schedule, but they were $3,000-$4,000 cheaper than what two of "big guys" wanted to charge us and we got a much higher quality furnace than what the others were going to install. Look no further for an HVAC company!“
