“A/C went out during this dreadful heatwave, noticed at 11am on a Friday (7/25), the day before we were hosting a family reunion. The house had gotten up to 84˚. Called Sacko Air and Levon said he would be out between 3-5 that day to have a look. Showed up at 4:30 and got the system running. Also, took the added time to do a tune-up of the system. Just as she stated, Mike came to our home on our schedule ( I didn’t have to take off early from work ) and evaluated our furnace and A/C to provide us a free quote. “Woke up this morning to the sound of our furnace trying to start and failing repeatedly. The outside temp was 19 degrees with a substantial wind. Called Morris Heating and Cooling in Burlington, KY. A service person (Jamie?) came in less than two hours and quickly found the problem. He also offered some instructions on how to prevent it from happening again, and noted one expensive part that may need to be replaced within a year or so.
