“We had used Nelson HVAC many years. They sold, we had a service contract and had called for our winter service since they don't call as Nelson had. They came, we had a broken heat exchanger. They said our 12 year old furnace was out of warranty and the part would be $8000+ to replace it, but recommended replacing the furnace for $7000.00. And had to turn off our furnace. It's 19 degrees outside! Jonle was recommended, I called they came out within a couple of hours, verified that the heat exchanger was shot and the furnace had a 20 year warranty, the heat exchanger only 10, but it would be about 1/3 of the price quoted by National to repair our furnace! “A/C went out during this dreadful heatwave, noticed at 11am on a Friday (7/25), the day before we were hosting a family reunion. The house had gotten up to 84˚. Called Sacko Air and Levon said he would be out between 3-5 that day to have a look. Showed up at 4:30 and got the system running. Also, took the added time to do a tune-up of the system.
