Our A/C went out and I couldn't get an appointment for days with any of the bigger name brands, but then I found OnTemp who had all these 5 star ratings on Google and gave them a call. Jeff got out to see me the same day. He diagnosed the problem and explained to me what he found and what it meant. I needed a new unit (which didn't surprise me), and he was able to get it installed for me the next day. He walked me through the entire bill so I knew exactly what I was paying for, and I found his rates to be very reasonable. His service is what you would hope for, and his demeanor is pleasant and respectful. You won't regret calling OnTemp.Services: Installation
First time calling OnTemp to come look at a clogged condensate pump, Jeff came out 45 minutes after the phone call on a Saturday. He fixed the clogged pump in under an hour. He was professional and the service fee affordable (especially for it being the weekend). I will definitely use OnTemp for other hvac services I may need.
