We had Darrell install a Mini Split system in our small barn-dominium this past December. Darrel and his crew should up as scheduled and worked efficiently to install the units. His team was friendly and courteous, worked well together. They were in and out in one day. The system is preforming well even on those subzero days in January. A couple months after the install I needed an additional cosmetic part. Darrel was quick to respond. I’ll be sure to call Bright Comfort on my next HVAC project.

Saved us on Black Friday. Power went out. Furnace wouldn’t kick on. House got really cold with little ones. They answered the phone and started trouble shooting with me. Came out an hour later and had it working. Late Call on Black Friday, and did not try and price gouge like they easily could have. Highly recommend!!!

I needed a run capacitor replaced on my heat pump. It’s a very specific and odd size. I called multiple places and no one had the right one in stock. I talked to Darrell at Bright Comfort and he located one on his truck. James was able to get it and our AC was back up and running within 4 hours of talking to Darrell. Great experience and would highly recommend!!! They didn’t have to do what they did. I’ll be calling them in the future for service on our unit! You don’t get that type of service from most companies these days, especially when there is such a high demand for their services!
