We highly recommend this company, esp if you have a geothermal system. Michael was our technician. He knows his stuff. He and the office personnel checked for warranty coverage which saved us money on the parts needed. The way he explained the service contract (I never do these!) it was reasonable and will save us $$ in the long run. Our furnace is fairly new and it still made good sense. Really value being on their VIP list with winter coming!
Jeremy the technician who came was super helpful, and went the extra mile to uncover our issue-he, like all the friendly folks at WHH&AC, are just good, honest, and friendly people!!
We had Kevin out today to complete a yearly maintenance review on our mini-split (also installed by WH Heating & Air)- he was prompt and courteous. Another wonderful experience from the company.
