Anderson sent out a tech that same afternoon who informed us that the heat exchanger had blown, and the CO levels were dangerous, thankfully being vented out of the house, but apt to cause a fire if furnace was left on. Raymond informed us that the furnace had to be turned off, and that he would arrange for a new furnace install the next morning. The install team, with Steve and guys were at our home early in the AM, and went to work replacing the old and putting in the new Carrier. They were patient, informative, polite, and insistent on cleaning up any mess! They also refused to install 2 furnaces that they had brought which were damaged, so went to the Carrier facility to find one that looked good. They also showed me what exactly they had installed with the new furnace, its details, etc etc. We've used this company for over 20 years, and have been pleased with their competence and honesty.“
