Brent has ALWAYS gone above and beyond!!! Years ago we had our air go out on 100 degree day and it was Father’s Day. He came out fixed it. After summer was over we had a new furnace and AC unit installed. Again top notch!! Annual service calls whomever comes out is top notch!! You won’t find a more honest, dependable and reputable company!! Also shout out to Susan who answers the phone, she does a great job asking questions, helps troubleshoot and triages the calls!!! Our heater died when it was literally 0 degrees outside because of course it did. Brent helped me over the phone after hours to get it working by my non-technical self so my family and I wouldn't freeze overnight. They had a technician out first thing the next morning and we had a new heater put in by the day after. They rearranged their schedules to help me and my family. I'm not one to typically write reviews but I want to make sure that Brent and his team get the feedback they deserve. They're fairly priced, responsive, and every person we dealt with from the receptionist to the technicians were professional and treated us like they cared. This company is amazing! They answered my phone call on a Saturday during a snow storm when I had no heat! They were able to come out and fix the problem promptly, very friendly and reasonable cost. This will be the only heating/air company I use!
