Our heater died when it was literally 0 degrees outside because of course it did. Brent helped me over the phone after hours to get it working by my non-technical self so my family and I wouldn't freeze overnight. They had a technician out first thing the next morning and we had a new heater put in by the day after. They rearranged their schedules to help me and my family. I'm not one to typically write reviews but I want to make sure that Brent and his team get the feedback they deserve. This company is amazing! They answered my phone call on a Saturday during a snow storm when I had no heat! They were able to come out and fix the problem promptly, very friendly and reasonable cost. This will be the only heating/air company I use!
It was a pleasure to deal with a Company that has such a high degree of intergrity. My son-in-law called me to say his AC was not working and the HVAC company he had look at it told him his compreessor was beyond repair and he needed a new unit for $7000. I called Durbin Heating & Cooing. Not only was their recommended replacement 15% less (for a better unit), but after examining our unit closely, Brent Durbin informed me that all the unit needed was a new capacitor.
