Carr Electric installed our HVAC system three years ago. We rely on them with oursemi-annual system maintenance plan. Paul and Preston performed a thorough furnace cleaning and inspection, insuring our comfort throughout the cold Winter months.Mike came in the early Spring to test and clean our outdoor air conditioning system to cover our needs for cooling in hot, humid Cincinnati. The Technicians are always friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. We are very happy with the service of Carr Electric.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Bill and his crew did an awesome job installing a brand new heating and A/C unit to my super outdated one. I can't say enough about these guys they were AWESOME.Services: General repairs

Phenomenal. 5 stars. I can not recommend Carr enough. I had a crisis and was without furnace or hot water due to low voltage. I called them at 8:30am, and they had all their technicians booked. Instead of having me make an appointment for the following day, the owner himself came all the way to Blue Ash equipped to fix exactly what I told him I needed. Unfortunately I am not an electrician (lol) and I was wrong, so we did have to make the appointment for the following morning. This morning, a pair of Carr Electric techs came over first thing and had me back on my feet in less than an hour.
