“Eternal Memorials was used for My moms foot stone. I was dealing directly with Jessica the owners daughter. She handled everything from start to finish. What I liked about Jessica was her personality when I was griving she was very up limiting and calm with me and never pressured me to do anything. She worked with the deposits and payments and always kept me updated through out the entire process. She actually became a friend to me during this process. “Never in my lifetime would I have thought that a funeral home would be a “good experience” because of the emotions attached to the experience but, I have to say this was by far one of the best experiences in dealing with a business. It started with Matt when we were planning ahead of time for my family’s terminal illness. Matt was so welcoming and compassionate regarding our situation and handled it with grace and ease. Unfortunately, my uncle passed shortly after and we had to meet with Matt again (no appointment) but he treated us with kindness and respect, finalizing the process.

As for the wake and the actual service Andy, Dennis, Wes, Randy (I think that was his name-our driver) were so attentive to details and ensuring our comfort throughout the process. When you are handling grief it’s so important to have a positive team to support you so it’s one less burden to carry.

“When was the last time the funeral home was renovated/updated? I don't care for the red lights on the stands beside the casket I think that is old fashioned. My question is not to be rude. Just curious. My mother was laid out there is 2007.“
