I had such a positive experience with Sprung Memorial, specifically Phyllis Westling, that I feel compelled to share my experience. Phyllis was very communicative, responsive, and helpful the entire process of completing the steps for my Mom's tombstone. She made smart suggestions and was patient with me throughout all my calls and emails. Upon visiting my Mom's gravesite, (payment already completed), I realized that I had reviewed and approved the final copy and did not notice a missing Star of David. I have to say that Harvey at Sprung Monuments Treated us As if he knew us forever ..With respect and such kindness...We felt well taken care of...My brother sister and I .....After being treated so poorly at two different monument sales stores in the area that day... He was kind respectful personable and very patient and extremely helpful ...Thank You so much for your wonderful service and pleasant way. My little nephew who is 4 even liked it there...I would give them a 10 star rating if I could so far so great....recommend 100%
