Our experience was phenomenal! In such a bad time James funeral home helped us through everything making very tough decisions and guiding us in the right direction for our loved one. Funeral Directors Bob and Jason were excellent to work with and very committed to all of our needs and wishes. We thank them so much for everything they did for us. My family would like to thank Jason, Kim, Casey and Pat for the help they gave us in making final arrangements for our Mom. They all helped make the process comfortable and easy. My family and I were able to experience this using James Funeral Home for my mother’s passing. In particular, Casey (Funeral Director) embodied all of the above attributes to make that happen. She was willing to help with any part of the process, even scanning pictures and answering calls at off hours whenever necessary.
