During one of the hardest times in our family’s life, Roger and Margaret showed my mother such dignity, grace, and compassion throughout the entire process. Everything happened so quickly, and they were incredibly patient, supportive, and understanding every step of the way.

What meant the most to us was that they never made us feel like just another family walking through the door. Even though I know they help so many people during difficult times, they made our family feel like we were their first and only priority.
