When was the last time the funeral home was renovated/updated? I don't care for the red lights on the stands beside the casket I think that is old fashioned. My question is not to be rude. Just curious. My mother was laid out there is 2007.
About Vernon C. Wagner Funeral Homes
Vernon C. Wagner Funeral Homes have provided funeral and cremation services for the Hicksville, Oyster Bay, and surrounding Long Island community since 1954. The process is described as easy and fast, making the overall experience smooth and an easy process. The staff is amazing, very courteous, and understanding, getting everything ready with compassion during a difficult time.
The funeral home is praised for its exceptional care, with the staff being very helpful about the many choices that need to be made. They demonstrated unwavering empathy and professionalism, ensuring every aspect of the service was nice with no hassles. Everything was explained clearly.
The funeral home is also commended for its pre-planning services, which are done with modern technology. Anthony Viola guides you through the many decisions to be made, is patient, and gives you printed material of everything discussed. I have attended four funerals at this Home and found the quality of care, service, and presentation so good that I've chosen to prepay all my own advance funeral and burial preparations with Wagner, so that should I pass away unexpectedly, my family will not have to make difficult decisions during a time of duress. It makes it easier for all people involved. I highly recommend pre-arranging your own funeral, or the services of your family members. Everyone has to use this kind of service eventually, and they are transferable to every state through their numerous locations.
