From the moment we planned this the staff was so kind & understanding. They listened to our needs made suggestions & offered their condolences. There wasn’t anything we needed that they did not supply. The viewing the mass & the burial went well because of their experience & caring. Would definitely recommend them.
Alyssa provided personalized care for us in a very difficult situation. She coordinated every step of the process, keeping us fully informed. Arrangements were made easily and my Sister's Cremation was handled expeditiously. Her Cremains were shipped to us by air and arrived as expected. This was the second time Alyssa cared for us in our time of need. Every interaction was handled with the utmost professionalism and respect. Thank you again, Alyssa.
My mother died in June we were all worried about the funeral home . We wanted it very much personalized to her tastes and ours. We wanted a lot of pink color n pictures n blankets. Allysa helped my family and made it so nice under these terrible circumstances. She was truly the best. We all felt lucky to have her there. The funeral at the cemetery was very nice also. Mrs krass was also so nice and helped us a lot They truly honored my mother. I recommend this funeral home to every family.
