After visiting several funeral homes, my dad and I decided to go with Roslyn Heights Funeral Home because of its family-like feel and personal shepherding by Joe and Lisa. They really made our journey to celebrating my mom so comfortable, and in a professional and courteous manner. The viewing and travel to cemetery was done so well, it felt as if we planned this over weeks/month; we only gave Joe less than 3 days notice. Please consider this funeral home for your loved one, as they really go above and beyond. We put our trust in Joe and Lisa, as my mom was well taken care of.
Absolutely professional, the crews are compassionate from the director to the drivers. The facility is impeccable, ample parking and many services were provided free of charge (video presentation .. etc.)
Had a wake here for a family member, and Roslyn Heights Funeral Home did a beautiful job with everything. The people here were very kind, compassionate, soft-spoken, and overall just really good people. Thank you for going above and beyond. We really appreciate everything.
