I Cannot imagine getting any better service and care at a difficult time. From beginning to end the service was amazing. However, the care we received from the director on the day of the funeral was beyond amazing and caring. He went above and beyond.

In the grand scheme of things, this could not have been a better experience than we had. Karen and all of the staff were exceptionally kind, attentive and compassionate to our family and friends. Although my Mom lived in St James with my sister for the past 2 years she insisted on Chapey in Bethpage. She had been there several times over the years and loved the fact there were no steps…she didn’t want her old lady friends to have to do steps. Again Karen could not have made this an easier experience for all.
