I do not know the process or particulars of the arrangements with the funeral home; However, I would like to thank the director Ms. Hollingsworth for the letter I needed as proof of my attendance for work. I called Donny in the middle of the night and he helped me navigate my mom's return to NY - he coordinated with an organization in Virginia arranging her journey home. I told Donny the plan that my mom and I discussed and he helped me execute the plan perfectly. By the end of our planning session, Nicole placed icons on our phones so that we could access and share details of mom’s wake and funeral. In addition, the website she created allowed friends and loved ones to add messages with memories, photos and virtual candles. These messages gave us so much solace.
In addition to creating the website and planning all details of the wake and funeral, Nicole planned the mass and cemetery burial.
