I had been trying all day Saturday to get other companies out to my location but everyone kept ghosting me after the initial call. I found Sideris Plumbing on google and I will say that it might be a higher price than the other services (which by the way never showed up) so after all you get what you pay for. Excellent service, great customer support, and most importantly a very prompt response. They had someone to my location within 2hrs. “For a scheduled Sunday call regarding a shower drain backup. ( non Emergency). I was scheduled for a 4 Hour window from 8am to 12 pm. I received a call from dispatch at 8:00 am and told my tech was on the way. At 9:15 Miguel showed up. Miguel explained clearly the price ( higher than expected). Not his fault. He did except my online coupon. Well it was a tough clogged.too some time , But Miguel got it. He cleaned up after and we talked about prevention techniques for my clog. I am very happy with the Sunday service I got. Miguel was professional and courteous to my time and space.“
“Brian set up the plumbing for my washer and dryer in my co-op on a Thursday. That Saturday when I went to wash clothes the water wasn't running into the washer. Somehow the switch in the back of the washer was turned off. Brian came to my apartment on Saturday, climbed back to the back of washer and turned on the valve. Then helped me set up the washer/dryer on my phone. He was so helpful and responsive. Highly recommend.“

“Called on a Tuesday morning about water in the basement that I suspected was from a slow leak in the hot water tank. The owner of PP&H came by later that afternoon to make an inspection and found water in the tank setting after removing the pilot guard, quoted a price, and arranged to come replace the tank Thursday morning at our request. Arrived 8:30 AM on the arranged date with two crew members, replaced the water tank and three valves, removed the old tank, and was complete by 10:30 AM. Thoroughly satisfied with the quality of work, speed, and service!“

“Our problem was the replacement of a radiator steam valve in our apartment during heating season, which required coordination with the building super, which they handled. We were very pleased with the entire service provided by Flotechs, from the initial call until the workmen walked out the door. The job was arranged and completed within several days after the first contact. The customer communication was exemplary: status emails right down to a heads up call from the plumber as he was nearing our apartment - on the date and at the time agreed to. While the workmen, Dave and Jason, were friendly, they got right to work after carefully protecting the are with their drop cloths. After ensuring the system was holding steam, they departed in under an hour with not a trace left behind. And, by the way, their price was very competitive. Kudos.“
