Had to call off work to fix my bathtub because my super never wants to come fix it , called J&S plumbing and Heating. Sam came that afternoon and was super nice and helpful. Told me how to avoid the blockage in the future.

Gene was helpful, knowledgable and responsive. He worked with me to schedule a time that my building could shut off the water for the necessary work to be done and showed up with the necessary parts as scheduled. I will definitely use his services again.

After performing some DIY plumbing, I unknowingly reused compromised water supply connectors. That night I saw water dripping from my ceiling. My fear was a busted pipe in the wall. I spoke to Gene at J&S Plumbing, and I walked him through what I did. He quickly diagnosed the problem and put my fear of a busted pipe at ease. Gene came the following day with new connectors and refitted my bathroom sinks. He walked me through the entire process of what he was doing and showed me what went wrong with the old connectors.
