“I am very grateful for Ranshaw helping me out of a horrible situation with my oil burner. I had purchased a new oil burner a month earlier with my oil company. Since it was installed it wasn't working correctly in starting and stopping continuously all day. That is called short cycling caused by an oversized oil burner. I tried to get my oil company to fix it but they said they couldn't do anything. I then called Ranshaw because I heard that even though they sold their oil company, they might help me because they are the best. They sent 2 highly trained professionals who did a full diagnostic on my oil burner and wrote down solutions for my original oil company to correct. I had been trying all day Saturday to get other companies out to my location but everyone kept ghosting me after the initial call. I found Sideris Plumbing on google and I will say that it might be a higher price than the other services (which by the way never showed up) so after all you get what you pay for. Excellent service, great customer support, and most importantly a very prompt response. They had someone to my location within 2hrs. “This business is amazing!When I first spoke to Ayshu and Gwen about the leaky outside faucet at the house I grew up in, but now rented in White Plains, they were very understanding of my concerns.I had received an outrageous estimate from another local company that my parents had used for years. The other plumber deemed a valve shut-off was necessary by the City of White Plains, and an excavation by one of their associate construction companies was required. The estimate was over $5000!My parents were school teachers in White Plains. My father worked with plumbers in the summer when school was out of session, and he cleaned furnaces. He built this house in 1963. I found it hard to believe a 60 year old house that had been well taken care of for the 50 years they lived in it could have fallen into such a state of disrepair.All-Self Plumbing listened to my story, and the owner- Bahru, promised to give me an honest estimate. “Brian set up the plumbing for my washer and dryer in my co-op on a Thursday. That Saturday when I went to wash clothes the water wasn't running into the washer. Somehow the switch in the back of the washer was turned off. Brian came to my apartment on Saturday, climbed back to the back of washer and turned on the valve. Then helped me set up the washer/dryer on my phone. He was so helpful and responsive. Highly recommend.“
