“I recently had a very favorable experience working with Clover Heating and Oil in resolving an issue with the oil-fueled boiler for the steam radiators at my property at 38 Longview Ave., White Plains, NY, 10605. The boiler was shutting off after brief periods of operation, and replacement of several parts of the pump yielded no long term solution. Clover Owner Anthony Marmo at this point thought outside of the box and consulted with manufacturers of the unit to learn of an unusual but occasional occurrence of Seized Fuel Units. “For a scheduled Sunday call regarding a shower drain backup. ( non Emergency). I was scheduled for a 4 Hour window from 8am to 12 pm. I received a call from dispatch at 8:00 am and told my tech was on the way. At 9:15 Miguel showed up. Miguel explained clearly the price ( higher than expected). Not his fault. “Called on a Tuesday morning about water in the basement that I suspected was from a slow leak in the hot water tank. The owner of PP&H came by later that afternoon to make an inspection and found water in the tank setting after removing the pilot guard, quoted a price, and arranged to come replace the tank Thursday morning at our request. Arrived 8:30 AM on the arranged date with two crew members, replaced the water tank and three valves, removed the old tank, and was complete by 10:30 AM. Thoroughly satisfied with the quality of work, speed, and service!“
