They suggested that I replace part of the line. I had some doubts about that recommendation and reached out to Emergency Sewer & Drain. “For a scheduled Sunday call regarding a shower drain backup. ( non Emergency). I was scheduled for a 4 Hour window from 8am to 12 pm. I received a call from dispatch at 8:00 am and told my tech was on the way. At 9:15 Miguel showed up. Miguel explained clearly the price ( higher than expected). Not his fault. He did except my online coupon. Well it was a tough clogged.too some time , But Miguel got it. He cleaned up after and we talked about prevention techniques for my clog. I am very happy with the Sunday service I got. Miguel was professional and courteous to my time and space.“
