I knew they were located in Yonkers, Gardner the technician arrived and was very professional. did an excellent job and beyond, his attitude and character were exceptional, helpful and explained everything. With that said, if I need any work done HVAC, I will only ask for him! The price was steep for the parts
and labor, replaced dual run capacitor 35/5 - 370 vac, cost $256.10, and contactor 30/40 amp. - 2 pole cost $884. 35, total with tax and service fee cost $1,241.76, which included labor by a professional technician who knew what he was doing. The cost for the parts are were no where near the cost charged on the invoice when I looked them up. But am grateful...read full review
