Paul is genuinely the man. We had a bit of a gas leak and called, and he was immediately happy to help. Have never met someone so knowledgable, so genuine, and so good at getting the job done at the same time. He was beyond helpful in every possible way, and I will not be calling any other plumber or gas specialist ever again in New York City. 10/10 service and 10/10 guy.

I needed a stove installed in a co-op apartment and was required to have a licensed plumber do it. Paul called me back within a few minutes of my leaving a message and got the job done more quickly than I thought would have been possible, especially considering that we needed to get the NYC DOB involved. I guess it’s a relatively small job for a plumber and no other plumber even called me back on this When I was looking for estimates. Paul was communicative and professional; and got me all the paperwork the co-op required very quickly. Highly recommend and would definitely use again!
