She listened carefully, repeated the details back to make sure she understood the issue correctly, and scheduled John to come out.<br><br>John quickly diagnosed the issue. He needed to get the correct replacement part, so he returned for a second visit. Because I was supposed to go out of town, John and Jill were also very accommodating about my schedule and he was able to return before I left. He replaced the part and waited to ensure it was fixed, which it was!<br><br>John took the time to explain what he was doing and treated me with respect. I never felt like he was trying to take advantage of me. In fact, after fixing the problem he told me he wasn’t going to charge me because he felt I shouldn’t have had to go through what I experienced with the previous repair.<br><br>Between Jill’s great communication, John’s expertise, honesty, and kindness, I would highly recommend Dolphin Plumbing to anyone looking for a reliable, talented, and trustworthy plumber.”

Before calling him, another contractors came to our house and said the only way to fix our plumbing issue was to demolish both bathrooms, which would’ve been a huge and unnecessary job. Thankfully, Will came in, found the true problem right away, and fixed it efficiently without any demolition.<br><br>We also learned that the previous contractor had used SharkBite fittings on our copper pipes, which Will explained could lead to future leaks or failures. He took the time to explain everything clearly, replaced the parts properly by soldering the pipes, and made sure our plumbing was safe and done right.<br><br>As someone without much plumbing experience, it’s easy to get misled by people who sound experienced but aren’t. Will was honest, knowledgeable, and professional from start to finish. We’re so grateful we found him and highly recommend his work!”

“In 2021 my older oil burner, water heater and central air unit were replaced with a heat pump, new air handler and electric hot water heater. I was skeptical about switching to a heat pump but the past three years, I'm glad I did. It's much cleaner and with variable speed the house stays at a more consistent temperature both winter and summer and electric bill is not crazy expensive.<br>Everyone I've dealt with over the years, has been very professional and knew their stuff. I never felt as if I was being taken advantage of. From the office staff to the worker bees, all were pleasant to deal with. I would not hesitate to contact Malcarne in the future.”
“Advanced Comfort Systems did a wonderful job fixing what has been a four-year problem with my Fujitsu Mini Split system; one that seemed completely insurmountable. Prior to Rich's help I was told I would need to replace my entire system to the tune of about $12,000. Rich was able to answer my questions about what was going on with my machines without all the confusing jargon. He quoted me a reasonable price and did not go over budget. Rich was quick to respond and had the job done within two weeks of my initial contact. I have used the cooling mode, the fan mode and the dry mode without any issues. I expect there will be no problems with the heating mode. I think that Advanced Comfort Systems is on the level and you can trust Rich with your Fujitsu.”
