Before calling him, another contractors came to our house and said the only way to fix our plumbing issue was to demolish both bathrooms, which would’ve been a huge and unnecessary job. Thankfully, Will came in, found the true problem right away, and fixed it efficiently without any demolition.<br><br>We also learned that the previous contractor had used SharkBite fittings on our copper pipes, which Will explained could lead to future leaks or failures. He took the time to explain everything clearly, replaced the parts properly by soldering the pipes, and made sure our plumbing was safe and done right.<br><br>As someone without much plumbing experience, it’s easy to get misled by people who sound experienced but aren’t. Will was honest, knowledgeable, and professional from start to finish. We’re so grateful we found him and highly recommend his work!”
