I used HWS for a heat pump install on two good recommendations from family in the area. Sales engineer Ben S. was helpful about what size was needed for the space and what incentives were available, and installer Oscar A. was prompt and pleasant with the install process. No complaints and will probably use them for some well-pump issues.

Outstanding people to work with for a complex minisplit install. Highly skilled technicians who take pride in their work and cut no corners. The team was also flexible and very proactive in communicating with me before and throughout the install when they had to make a modification to the initial plan. They always asked for me to approve something we hadn’t discussed before doing it (relocating a line, opening a wall). I very much appreciated this. They also cleaned up around the work areas, inside and out!
