Excellent job by Mac yesterday! Competence is the top requirement when I pay for any kind of service. DS has that in spades, but beyond that they have other key qualities that sometimes fall by the wayside: responsiveness, courtesy, reliability, and most of all honesty. Mac was here yesterday because I had a light fixture that stopped working. He found the problem and repaired it quickly, without ever considering replacing the fixture or any parts -- because (a) he had the experience and training to really troubleshoot first, and (b) he did not want me to waste my money on something I didn't need.
