We took possession of a new home last summer whose AC was not functioning. Archibald diagnosed the problem and helped us purchase a replacement unit. We were away a lot over the winter so it was only installed last week. We are very happy with the result! Just in time for this summer! The whole crew was very professional, cleaned up every day, and were friendly and cheerful. The owner, Dewitt, was supervising nearly every day. The job was done just right and perfectly on time. We have also used Archibald for boiler maintenance and all has been good there too. It is nice to know that a quality family business like this is thriving here in the valley.

When you call the office you are pleasantly greeted by Patty or Chelsea not an answering machine or operator. The technicians are very well organized, well trained and experienced. They are also courteous and respectful and complete the work in timely and efficient manner. If I had it my way I would only use Archibald heating and cooling.

They installed a new furnace in my home; all of the folks who work there were professional, courteous and -- most importantly -- skilled at what they do, and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of money-wise. Of course we hope that we don't ever need to place emergency calls, but when the inevitable strikes Archibald is very quick on the response and sends someone out ASAP. Would highly recommend!
