Rich, the owner of the company, was excellent to work with. He has a high-level of technical competence and is very responsive to customer needs. The technology that he works with, Fujitsu mini-splits, is an industry leader. I have a Fujitsu mini-split in my previous home that has been working flawlessly for more than 10 years. I highly recommend Rich and feel that you will have a great experience working with him.

We recently had 7 Fujitsu units installed in our house by Advanced Comfort Systems. The owner, Rich Cavanagh, came to my house and completed an energy needs assessment. He measured each room and window sizes and made a plan to put in the correct size units in the house. I was concerned that the units would be obtrusive, loud, and clunky. He assured me that would not be the case. We went with this company because his advanced training doubled our warranty with Fujitsu.We scheduled an install date and then he called and asked if we wanted to get it done earlier. Had done my research on mini splits and gotten several estimates from local HVAC installers and plumbers. Decided to use Rich because he responded to my inquiries promptly, clearly knows what he is talking about, showed up on time and was the first to point out all the rebates that I was entitled to from Fujitsu and Hudson Electric. Once the work got started, he and his team came when they said they would, were polite and as quiet as they could be (we are all working from home) and did a beautiful job with the installation.
