“Of course our central air conditioning system decided to quit during what feels like the hottest week ever! I had heard great things about AFM Climate Works and decided to give them a call. The owner of the company, Adam, answered the call and showed up when he said he was going to! Based in Millbrook, he came all the way out to Stormville. He shared that his services all of Dutchess County. My husband and I were so pleased with his knowledge of our system and truly couldn’t have had a more exceptional experience. He replaced our fried capacitor, spruced up the unit and was on his way! We now feel like we have an HVAC company we can rely on when our next HVAC need arises. We highly recommend, Adam and the awesome team at AFM Climate Works!!Service: HVAC system repair”

“Do not hesitate to call. Trust worthy and knowledgeable .

Wow. My wife and I cannot express the level of service and professionalism we experienced . We purchased a house in October of last year and I knew in my head that at some point come spring summer we were going to need to call an hvac company to service our unit.

With the weather warming up against my better judgement I allowed my family to talk me into turning the unit on prior to being serviced . Needless to say 7 days into running the unit it was freezing up and leaking into the ceiling .

I reached out at 8 pm at night thinking I was just going to leave a message to see if someone would be able to come out and inspect and service our hvac system at some point this week or next.

Gene called back within 5 minutes and let me know he would be over in less than 30 minutes . My wife and I were in shock . This wasn’t an emergency by any stretch of the imagination but at least we were going to get answers .

Gene was prompt , courteous and got right to work. He was upfront with what he saw and made a few suggestions all of which were spot on as to what I had dealt with in the past dealing with HVAC systems . We had drainage issues due to a hack job someone did prior to us buying the house . There was clearly a Freon leak at some point as there was still leak sealant in the lines . We were low on Freon and the capacitor was old as it was the original .

He got us up and running with a bit more confidence in the system and we will be having him back to do some more work in the future .”
