“Phil is busy, so it can take some time to get a hold of him, but he is thorough, reliable, and honest. He has never tried any baloney upsells (or any upsells for that matter), and he has come when he said he would come literally every single time I have used him. Those two things alone make him a true gem. Enthusiastically endorse.”
“We've relied on the owner Bill O'Farrell from Rhinebeck Plumbing and Heating for over 20 years. They've consistently provided excellent service and have always been there when unexpected plumbing emergencies came up. Dependable, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!”
“I used HWS for a heat pump install on two good recommendations from family in the area. Sales engineer Ben S. was helpful about what size was needed for the space and what incentives were available, and installer Oscar A. was prompt and pleasant with the install process. No complaints and will probably use them for some well-pump issues.”
