“I fortunately have very little experiences with plumbers, All I know is when I hear other people mention plumbers, they talk about spending big bucks.I had an outdoor patio drain that I was 95% certain was plugged with mud, grass and roots based on my extensive, but feeble attempts to unplug the drain. Harris plumbing will come over to your home, and give you their educated guess as to what you are dealing with for $20 (that's a steal!). But then of course comes their suggestion which is all fixed prices. My technician, Sam (very professional and easy to deal with), felt a snaking was all that was needed (for $750) but if he had to use jetter or go in with a camera because he was unable to snake out the drain, he'd roll over half of the $750 into the next job.Fortunately the snaking was all that was needed, but it took hours. 9:30 to 2:30. Hand digging and moving heavy rocks was needed but he finally broke thru.Other places had quoted me $250/hour. At that rate the price would take been well over $1200. So I feel I got a relative bargain for the time it took.I would definitely use Harris plumbing again. They also do heating, air conditioning and other other things as well“

We called them yesterday due to an emergency that was (so we thought) caused by a simple full septic tank that needed pumping. It turned out to be a much bigger, terrible complicated, problem than we had realized, and EZ HPS came through for us over and over. It took about 24 hours, in sub freezing temperatures, and at one point it was even snowing while they were out there digging. “I recently purchased a home in Kingston and contracted Pro Services for two major projects - decommission and replace a natural gas furnace and water heater with a fully electric heat pump system.We were very pleased with the level of service we received from Andrew and the crew. He walked us through our options, articulated the tradeoffs of various systems and right sized the equipment to meet the needs of our nearly 100 year old home.We were especially pleased with the level of customer service during the installation process - they were responsive to email, accommodated our schedules, and the techs were friendly and professional. In one particular case, one of their techs took time out of their schedule late on a Friday afternoon to commission our system and answer any questions we had.Our home has many challenges for any HVAC system to overcome but so far the heat pump have been performing very better than we expected. The home has stayed cool well into the upper 90s and has been comfortably warm now that the temperature has dipped. In reality, I can just set the thermostat to 70 and not even have to think about it.Very pleased with the outcome and look forward to working with them again.“
