So far, in year #2 of my history as a Bottini customer, I can say that I've had nothing but fair pricing, prompt responses, and great customer service. I've read a number of negative reviews about Bottini, but have had a very positive experience so far. I chose them when I moved to my new residence in Staatsburg 16 months ago because John spent a lot of time on the phone with me explaining their service delivery and oil purchasing contract options. I felt fully informed. Calling around to three other companies convinced me they had the greatest variety of oil delivery and boiler service options, and the best pricing tiers. i switched from Petro who had predatory billing practices, over to Bottini in 2023. This will be my second year with them and I am very pleased especially with the HVAC / Tech guy who worked on my NEST and Heat pump + oil furnace setup...not easy!

I have high praise for John D. and Angelo (and, for two days, Will) who converted my home's heating system from #2 fuel oil to propane last week. They worked diligently and in a highly informed manner when confronted by the many challenges posed by the site conditions of my old farmhouse. Not the least of which were a wet basement area and shallow crawlspace where ductwork needed to be run. They solved problems in a collaborative way, always asking for my input and my preferences.
