I had a really great experience at this salon and spa. The staff was professional, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. I came in for waxing and a manicure, and both services were done with great attention to detail. The waxing was quick, clean, and as painless as possible, and the technician made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. My manicure turned out beautiful—neat, precise, and exactly how I wanted it.

Not only did he give me a neck trim but added a little extra flare to surpass my expectations. There’s such an amazing atmosphere at this salon, every single stylist is accepting and welcoming and will talk to you regardless of whose chair you’re in. You can tell the vibe here is they’re all like a family, and while they all have their own specialities and careers, they aren’t afraid to bounce questions/pro tips off each other.
On top of the bomb atmosphere, the sheer ✨ART✨ that comes out of this salon is incredible. The vivid work is of course insane! While I have a more natural color now, Jordan herself has mermaid-ed me a few times, and not a day went by where I didn’t get a compliment on my hair color (for MONTHS after each session too, their vivids lasttttt).
My hair is very difficult to manage; it’s wavy, coarse, and there’s a ton of it. I leave every appointment feeling like a new person with smooth and manageable hair. On top of Jordan working magic, she also explains everything and gives tips for at-home care in a way that’s easy to understand.

I’m OBSESSED with Natasha and my hair after finding her. I have very fine/thin hair, especially around my perimeter, and her attention to detail and to the fragility of my hair is the reason why she is the best in the business, hands down. Every little detail from the cut, to the placement, down to the color. Not only is she amazing at extensions, she is my favorite colorist I’ve ever been to. After the transformation I had today, gotta hand it to my man Fred. Called ahead 15 minutes in advance and he fit me right in and it’s honestly the first time I’ve had a cut I really like in a long time. Great prices for the work done. Not only that but the general atmosphere in there was very welcoming. All around 10/10 experience. Will be back.

I have been coming to this nail salon for 16 years. Sonny the owner and his wife are so accommodating and Sonny is the best nail tech ever. He has excellent attention to detail. My nails never break, and I have pink and white French acrylics. His prices are very reasonable and he and his wife treat you like family when you walk in. A new set is $50 and still the cheapest and best place for your nails both on your hands and feet.

My haircut appointment was the other night with Olivia! I can admit I was extremely nervous, but not because I did not have trust in BEX Salon but because of my lack of trust with past hair salons. The second I sat in her chair her warm energy took away any sense of worry I had. I was blown away at the shampoo bowl with the relaxing head massage , conditioning mask and hot towel that they provide you with during your wash. She paid attention to detail during the hair cut and we shared great stories and conversations we both related too. Sam has been by lash artist for two years now! She makes me feel like the most beautiful girl in the WORLD!! She is always on time, she’s caring and so, SO sweet. Truly makes you feel welcome and safe with her sanitary procedure and meticulous nature. She does my lashes, wax (body and face), eyebrows (wax, shape and tint) and advises me on the heat products to use for my skin! My personal favorite are the lash extensions and brow tinting. I am very, very particular with what I want! She does the lashes exactly how I want them every time. All types of her sets are pristine, but Her mega volume sets are BOMB. This time I chose to go with a volume set as I wanted something a little different. I also asked her to shape and tint my brows. I wanted to stay as close to the brow with the tint as possible, but she’s created a totally different brow look with tint and I LOVED that, as well! It was my first time getting a dermaplane facial , and I definitely loved it . My face is easy to get irritated and all the products she used on my face didn’t bother my face . She was very gentle with my face and she provided communication on everything she was doing and the steps after . She educated me on after care products to use and what to expect after getting a facial for the first time . She followed up with me the next day to see how my face was feeling and she also send me some products so use . She was very helpful with that . I had a hvac system installed at my mom’s home. I couldn’t be there but the technicians were on time and did a professional installation. Communication and response time was excellent from the initial call to post install follow up. Also very important, they treated my elderly mom with respect by cleaning up, explaining everything they had done and just being nice! There was no hesitation when I later needed some plumbing work done for my new washing machine. Great group of people, trust them in my home to do a great job.

Paul came to my house for a refrigerator problem and dishwasher problem. Took the refrigerator apart and found it needed a new computer board, so we decided we were better off getting a new fridge. The dishwasher he discovered was just a loose wire which he fixed. He was confident, reasonable, efficient, trustworthy and honest! I am glad I checked out his reviews and chose him. I highly recommend him and I know who to call again if I need a repair man.

Mr K is a very smart man. He insisted to call him “K” when he visited our house but he didn’t mention his full name. It got confused as us and Mr. K would mix up the words “K” and “okay”. I think bro ended up charging a lot more than we originally planned (almost double the amount!). Besides that, I enjoyed the part when he put his mouth to the carpets and sucked the dust out of them! A bit gross but it did the job.

My wife and I hired Tom to refinish our hardwood floors in a home we purchased. There used to be a carpet over them.Tom and his team did an amazing job restoring the oak to it's original glow. He was also able to perform patch work on the floors, and cover a vent that was cut into the floors.I would recommend Tom to anyone requesting a hardwood floor specialist.Service: Flooring repair
We had floors put in by them in 2022, and no fault of their own, but a manufacturing issue with the supplier resulted in some gaps in our floors. Schenectady Flooring came back and did a great job repairing the issues, I think it was Bill and John who came out. I had concerns if it would be even possible at all to fix the problems, but they got it looking perfect again. They have great service and stand behind their work. Definitely use them.

We hired Mario to replace our sidewalk and were so happy with the results that we hired him to do several other projects around our house. Mario is hard working, diligent and pays attention to every little detail. In addition, Mario is a super nice guy who showed up for work with a smile on his face every time. We had Birch Enterprises replace an old concrete front walkway with pavers in the fall of 2025, and the results came out great. The new walk completely improved the look of the front of our house.
After going through a very cold winter, everything still looks perfect—no shifting or issues at all, which really speaks to the quality of the work.
John Birch was very easy to work with throughout the process. He was responsive, timely, and got the job done quickly without cutting corners. Overall, a very positive experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Birch Enterprises.

Travis & his team have removed a few trees for us over the years including a pine & cotton wood. We got to know him through a neighbor & we’re SO pleased we did! This is a highly responsive company that provides great customer service. We called them on a Friday, in the late afternoon, to ask for an estimate. They came the very next morning, on a Saturday no less, and gave us a reasonable estimate. Two days later, they removed four white birch trees for us. Once the 811 inspection was completed for water, gas and electric lines, Harmony came the next day and ground the stumps. We were amazed at how quickly they completed this work. No waiting or wondering about when they would come to perform the work. There was no trace of the removal, at all. They cleaned everything and left the site looking like nothing had taken place there. We highly recommend Harmony Tree service.
Recently I had a flowing crabappletree trimmed and shaped by Tony Watsonof 518 CUT TREE. I am very pleased at the work that was done. Tony came when he said and trimmed branches that were pulling on power lines to the house and probably 5 yrs of overgrowth. He was very professional and explained everything he did. After several calls to other tree services, with no response, I'm so glad I decided on 518 CUT TREE. If you need his services ,and want a job well done, don't hesitate to call him! Love the whole team including the puppy who greets you. This office is a we-care office. I was made to feel comfortable from the door at intake and throughout the process. They always checked my comfort level and explained things as we went along. I felt like I was part of the process which is very important to me! I highly recommend Dr. Cara Hernas and team!! She always has that tangerine or a similar oil that I love ready for me to pick ! However, the highlight is definitely Stephanie. She is such a kind, attentive person who genuinely cares about her clients. She doesn't just go through the motions; she tunes into your specific needs and crafts a session that leaves you feeling completely renewed. A 10/10 experience every time.

She was careful to ask my preferences beforehand and delivered exactly what I was looking for. I dozed off for a few minutes because I was so relaxed. I will definitely return.
