The massage therapist was excellent. The check out process was a nightmare. I had a gift card that says on the back of it there is no expiration date. However the cashier could not get the card to go through as she said it was expired. I explained that it cannot be as it states on the card there is no expiration date. She called another employee that stated no there is No expiration date on the card. She advised her to take the gift card and leave a note for the manager and that she will correct it. This was my first time at Massage Envy, and I would go back in a heartbeat! Rachel carried herself in a professional, respectful and friendly manner. I felt so pampered. Thank you Rachel, you were a blessing!

genuinely an amazing experience !! kristen was extremely helpful explaining things to me and also always ensuring i was comfortable and the pressure was good. Near the end of my massage she asked if there was anywhere else i would like her to work on a little more which i really appreciated!! 10/10 i will be back!!
