The dishwasher he discovered was just a loose wire which he fixed. He was confident, reasonable, efficient, trustworthy and honest! I am glad I checked out his reviews and chose him. “Had a new Ruud two stage AC installed by NE, just on the cusp of the latest heat dome.. Price was reasonable ( I know what the equipment costs and they use a normal hourly charge for this area). Tyler got me proposals very quickly with cut sheets I asked for. The two fellows who did the install work were friendly, worked diligently, even in the heat (!), and answered all my questions . Installation was neatly done. People at the office were friendly and responsive. I hope the new AC unit is reliable but only time can tell.“
