“Sam has been by lash artist for two years now! She makes me feel like the most beautiful girl in the WORLD!! She is always on time, she’s caring and so, SO sweet. I wanted to stay as close to the brow with the tint as possible, but she’s created a totally different brow look with tint and I LOVED that, as well!
