Katie has done a blowout for me 2 times and I recently got a haircut from her. She is so so good at what she does. She listened to my concerns, provided education, and I left feeling confident that she gave me an amazing cut. Katie takes her time to get to know you and your hair. I booked another appointment for color next month and I can't wait to see what she does!

Katie helped me finally feel good about my hair and got me out of a funk of just letting it go. I felt so good after my cut and style that I grabbed a friend for dinner randomly to go out and enjoy my new hair! She was kind and also had so many new and current tips and tricks to share.

Katie is a licensed cosmetologist specializing in hair color correction, modern highlighting techniques such as foilayage and teasylights. She has been behind the chair since 2006 as an experienced hair stylist. Katie is a Redken Certified Designer & Temptu Airbrush Certified Makeup Artist. Katie also accepts hair and makeup bookings for small wedding parties. Katie Burns Artistry is located on Union Street in Schenectady near Niskayuna, also serving customers throughout Albany, Troy, Clifton Park, Saratoga Springs, and the rest of the Capital District.
