From estimate to work done was one week which was very reasonable. They were knowledgeable and added some last minute items to the job day of service without any issue. I highly recommend them for fast, expert work with immaculate clean up of the area when done.
I don't want to do a cliche review. That said, my neighbor recommended these guys for a tree that fell in my house due to a storm today. They came out, assessed the situation, called me, asked me if I wanted it taken care of today. I told them I couldn't get home from work for at least 30 minutes. They said no problem, they would start. By the time I got home, they were already backing trucks up, and from two hours from the time I called them to the time they were packing up to go, it was just done.

This is a highly responsive company that provides great customer service. We called them on a Friday, in the late afternoon, to ask for an estimate. They came the very next morning, on a Saturday no less, and gave us a reasonable estimate. Two days later, they removed four white birch trees for us. Once the 811 inspection was completed for water, gas and electric lines, Harmony came the next day and ground the stumps. We were amazed at how quickly they completed this work. No waiting or wondering about when they would come to perform the work. There was no trace of the removal, at all.
